Send-TdChangeFile
SYNOPSIS
Upload a file to a change.
SYNTAX
Send-TdChangeFile [-ChangeId] <String> [-File] <FileInfo[]> [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Upload a file to an Change. You can make the file invisible to the caller and you can also add a description.
